岗位职责：1.产品战略与规划：①主导定义面向消费者(2C)和企业(2B)的智能算力服务器多功能产品形态，结合边缘计算、AI推理等场景，打造差异化竞争力(如低延迟、高能效、模块化设计)②深度拆解个人用户(极客/创作者/智能家居用户)与企业客户(中小AI团队/边缘计算服务商)的核心需求，设计灵活的产品架构(如硬件算力堆善+订阅制软件服务)；2.全生命周期管理：①推动硬件(服务器架构、芯片选型、散热设计)与软件(算力调度系统、开发者工具链)的整合落地，协调供应链、研发、测试团队完成产品交付②设计用户增长策略，同时规划2B端行业解决方案(如API接口、集群管理功能)；3.生态与资源整合：①联动芯片厂商(如英伟达、海思)、开源社区及开发者生态，构建算力产品的技术壁垒与合作伙伴网络②主导商业模式创新，探索硬件销售、算力租赁、增值服务等多维度盈利路径。岗位要求：1.5年以上硬件产品经理经验，主导过智能硬件/oT设备/服务器类产品的完整生命周期；2.兼具2C爆品经验(如智能家居、消费电子)与2B解决方案设计经验(如企业级硬件、行业定制化产品)3.有头部科技公司背景优先(如小米生态链企业、大疆行业应用部门、华为/英伟达相关产品线)；4.优秀的技术理解能力，熟悉算力场景技术栈(如CUDA、TensorRT、边缘计算框架)，能深度参与硬件架构讨论；5.优秀的用户洞察力、数据分析分析能力、商业敏感度以及成本控制与供应链管理经验。
