岗位职责：1.熟悉各国家及地区教育体系和教育制度；2.熟悉各地区申请程序及录取标准；3.对具体学校的专业信息、大学排名、入学要求与申请程序等进行深入学习和了解，掌握与海外留学业务有关的各种知识，尤其是学生主要留学目的地的大学申请知识；4.熟悉A-Level, AP, IB项目；5.定期以课堂讲解，小型讲座，1v1辅导，家长会等形式，为学生提供大学升学指导规划，以便学生和家长更好的选择留学的国家、大学和专业；6.有计划的持续对学生进行从入学到毕业，各年级的动态跟踪，每个阶段推荐相匹配的背提项目；7.围绕学生和家长的需求，开展个性化的升学指导课程和讲座；8.负责学生的大学申请工作及文书指导修改工作；9.帮助学生做好语言规划；10.帮助家长和学生申请相关奖学金；11.完成领导安排的其他工作。任职要求：1.本科及以上学历，有海外留学及相关专业优先；2.雅思7分以上或对应同等水平；3.有2年以上个性化升学指导规划工作经验；4.有2年以上文书和面试指导经验；5.良好的敬业精神和团队协作意识；6.良好的抗压能力7.良好的服务意识，良好的口语表达能力与沟通技巧。University Guidance CounselorJob Responsibilities:1.Familiar with the education systems and academic structures of various countries and regions.
2.Knowledgeable about application procedures and admission standards across different regions.
3.Conduct in-depth research on academic programs, university rankings, admission requirements, and application processes of specific institutions possess a strong command of overseas study-related information, especially regarding universities in students’ primary study-abroad destinations.
4.Familiar with A-Level, AP, and IB programs.
5.Regularly provide college counseling and planning for students through classroom instruction, small seminars, one-on-one counseling, and parent meetings, helping students and parents make informed decisions about study destinations, universities, and majors.
6.Continuously and systematically track students’ development from enrollment to graduation across all grade levels, and recommend suitable extracurricular and enrichment programs at each stage.
7.Design and deliver personalized college counseling courses and lectures based on the needs of students and parents.
8.Responsible for guiding students through the university application process, including providing support and revisions for application essays.
9.Assist students with language proficiency planning.
10.Support students and parents in applying for relevant scholarships.
11.Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications:1.Bachelor’s degree or above overseas education **** or related majors preferred.
2.IELTS score of 7.0 or equivalent proficiency in English.
3.At least 2 years of experience in personalized college counseling and planning.
4.At least 2 years of experience in essay writing and interview preparation guidance.
5.Strong professionalism and team collaboration spirit.
6.Strong ability to work under pressureExcellent service awareness, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal abilities.
