职位描述

职责描述:
•Lead and project manage supplier quality performance along within the global procurement organization.
•Lead the execution and implementation of strategies that improve business unit processes related to:
oLead Supplier Excellence implementation, scheduling, management, and improvements at key suppliers
oDevelop and execute zero defect plans for continuous improvement
oLeading and enhancing procurement sourcing processes for new supplier identification and approval.
oLeading SPAP part approvals for all new product and part launches
oDevelop long term control plans for improved performance and perfect execution
•Applies strong project / program management skills, techniques, and initiatives necessary for successful completion. Works cross functionally to ensure proper resource allocation and staffing to ensure full project execution. Identifies and mitigates risks to ensure timely project completion and reports ongoing status to leadership stakeholders.
•Lead and execution of processes relating to new product development including supplier selection, capability assessment, and quality improvement. Typically assigned to technically complex projects.
•Lead the approval processes for all new product and part introductions for multiple supplier and commodities
•Act as a liaison between suppliers, sourcing teams, and the Diebold engineering community.
•Lead, develop and implement strategies to improve supplier productivity and quality, and ensure supply chain continuity
•Manage all necessary containment actions related to supplier quality issues within the external supply chain.
•Liaison between Diebold Service and individual suppliers for field related issues including the identification of root cause and corrective actions. Ensure supplier provides necessary resources and products to support timely field improvements due to supplier fault defective product.


任职要求:
•Bachelor’s Degree or above in Engineering.
•8+ years’ professional experience in quality management or supplier quality.
•Knowledge and expertise in a variety of manufacturing processes which may include circuit card assembly, injection molding, machining, forming, welding, assembly, etc.
•Excellent technical aptitude in various areas including FMEA, process capability, control plans, statistical analysis. Ability to educate others in the use of aforementioned key quality tools.
•Advanced ability in utilizing structured problem solving including A3 / 8D, Six Sigma, and or Shainin techniques as applicable. Ability to train others on problem solving techniques. Ability to lead complex problem resolution including the identification of root cause and implementation of permanent corrective action.
•Advance analytical thinking in applying innovative tools and techniques, interfacing with other key stakeholder in understanding complex customer requirements, and making problem solution recommendations.
•Ability to make timely decisions utilizing sound judgment in complex and stressful situations. Can understand the context addressing concerns of their decisions by anticipate potential outcomes and consequences.
•Strong personal effectiveness in achieving results, solving problems, planning and organizing. Ability to develop, provide direction, support, and guidance to other team members. Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
•Ability to deliver strong persuasive oral and written communication to various internal and external audiences.
•Strong ability to use negotiation, persuasion, and authority in dealing with others to achieve goals. Able to understand all sides of an issue and its impact on all parties and explore and articulate alternative solutions. Gain cross boundary support and acceptance for ideas, obtain resources, commitments, and/or agreements through logic and persuasion by demonstrating to others the benefits of the recommendations.
