Job Responsibility:
• Act as HR contact to division when there are needs for HR. Provide coherent and effective HR partnership to meet divisional objectives by providing solid HR support, valuable guidance and professional consulting
• Conduct division’s staffing and hiring activities, ensure effectiveness and efficiency of talent acquisition. Participate in HC planning and staffing projects
• Provide HR consultancy to employees or management regarding job-related topics and issue, company policies, procedures and disciplinary actions. Respond to employee inquiries and advise management of appropriate resolution toward employee relation issues
• Develop collaborative relationship with other HR BP and shared service team, work together and promote one HR team concept, ensure harmonization and consistency of HR policies and compensation structure
• Handle people and organization related issues in a professional way
• Manage HR and employee related process including on boarding, probation and contract, movement and promotion, JD review etc
• Plan and organize employee communication activities and team building activities
• Participate in performance management and talent management programs and activities
• Build and handle labor union activities
• Participate and support China HR projects as needed
• Other duties assigned by China HR head

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree
• At least 5 years professional experience in multiple HR functions in manufacturing environment, having solid experience in hiring salaried and hourly openings
• Knowledge and experience of running labor union is a must
• Familiar with China labor law, experienced in handling employee relationship cases
• Able to communicate with different level of employees effectively
• Project management skill
• Good English command
