职责描述：
Lead, guide, support, train, build-up and manage HTT’s engineering, purchasing, logistic and project department; full responsibility for sub-coordinates
Motivate her/his team through performance coaching and career planning
Maintain a mind-set of continuous improvement in terms of technical solutions, cost deduction, optimization of processes and customer satisfaction
Improve productivity and company profits by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in design, training, processes, reporting and employee engagement
Work with other managers to ensure operational consistency
Follow up and solve technical problems (internal and at customers)
Technical clarification between HTT, suppliers and headquarters
Localization and nationalization of parts and components for our machines
Verification and validation of technical documents such as drawings, B.O.M. (Bill of Material)
