职责描述：
1、Reviews and drafts agreements or tenders(both in English and Chinese) with customers for conformity to company policies;
2、Drafts amendment to proposed contracts to align with company policies, rules and regulations;
3、Confers and coordinates with various departments to ensure non-legal terms are addressed;
4、Conducts some contract negotiations directly with customers;
5、Deals with contract disputes before litigation;
6、Answers inquires in relation to law, write lawsuit writs and other documents in relation to legal affairs;
7、Performs some legal research, assist company personnel with information or other data from legal department and assist auditors, outside counsel and others as required with information from corporate and legal files.
8.Execute the assignments from the superior.


任职要求：
1、Full-time institutions of higher learning Bachelor degree or above ; 2、Proficiency in English, passed CET-6 test, oversea experiences will be a plus; 3、Fluent command of Legal English and Chinese language skills (verbal and written) to produce quality materials;
4、Minimum of 2 years of experience in Legal working , have Legal profession qualification certificate translation；
5、Ability to adapt to high pressure environment and to prioritize tasks while operating under deadlines;
6、Ability to work with electronic matter tracking and approval systems.
