Enough working experience in Auto components or related industry area.

Ability to manage production changes involving equipment, materials and people to meet business needs.

Good communication and presentation skill.

Fluent in English

2、岗位职责Job Responsibility

Manage production Assembly area for safety, Quality, 5S, productivity, cost/scrap control and process improvement.
管理生产装配区域的安全、质量、5S、生产效率、成本以及过程改善
•Production Control and Plan (Capacity & Manpower for future production)
生产管理和计划（产能、人力安排）
•Daily Production management. Productivity (Output, Line efficiency), Quality of Product, 5S and Line discipline improved
日常生产管理：生产效率（产出、效率）、质量、5S和现场纪律的改进
•Control the cost due to the budget (Manpower ，expense)
依据预算控制成本（人力、费用）
•Monitor corrective actions for Defects on line, Scrap and Customer complaints追踪现场不良、报废及客户投诉的改善措施是否有落实
•Maintain monthly Production reports to production manager
•提供运行月报给生产经理
•Train the line leaders to ensure they are met the work
培训班长以确保他们能胜任工作
•Other work that Production Manager and Plant Manager arranged
生产经理及工厂厂长安排的其他工作
