Position Summary:
Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve office operational efficiency and ensure a safe and secure working environment;
•Make travel arrangement for staff (include hotel reservation, airline tickets booking, ground transportation coordination);
•Coordinate and direct company drivers’ service upon request;
•Receive, sort and distribute incoming correspondences, including faxes and emails;
•Collect and maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies;
•Work closely with estate office to ensure the management of office equipments and facilities ensure they are always available in good condition for use.
•Create and modify documents such as monthly office expense report and office operation report;
•Allocate tasks and assignments to admin assistant and monitor her performance.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
•10+ year experience as admin in MNC, and minimum 3 years in a supervisor role.
•Adapt at prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving in a deadline-oriented environment with high volume of tasks and requests
•Work independently and proactively.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English
•Ability to excel in fast-paced client-focused environment and flexible and adaptable to frequent change
•Good MS office skills
