职责描述：
Responsible for the entire customer order management from order entry to delivery including returns. Be the only interface to customer for all issues regarding order and logistics support.
1. Familiar with logistics concept such as consignment, forecast planning, VMI/SMI. 　
2. Requires to be the regional logistics coordinator for product related topics. 　
3. Strong initiative to lead projects to improve quality customer satisfaction. 　 　
Operational CLM_General Purpose / Objective: 　
o Retain customer by being the first point of contact for demand fulfillment topics. 　
o Striving for continuous improvement/optimization of customer logistics topics (processes, tools, concepts) aligned to Infineon’s business strategies and objectives.
o Build & maintain good cooperation to Infineon internal partner, providing value-add information & services.
o Handles all customer order management considering customer needs, Infineon capabilities, implemented logistics concepts & agreements and legal requirements (SOX).
o Interfacing to customer and ensuring in-time delivery to customers based on orders and forecasts to achieve customer satisfaction.
o Optionally to take over advanced tasks with either customer-, product- or process-focus. 　
Basic Order Management contents: 　
o Order and forecast entry into SAP incl. schedule agreements & end customer assignment 　 　
o Order- and forecast confirmation / -processing 　 　
o Initiation of shipments incl. handling of emergency shipments 　 　
o Order change management / cancellation & rescheduling 　 　
o Order tracking, early warnings and order improvements 　 　
o Internal & external relationship building / communication 　 　
o Operational EDI handling incl. workflows 　 　
o RMA interface to customer and Return center 　 　
o Customer basic data interface to Corp PL & CMD: delivery stop, delivery address, incoterms, forwarder, Sales Group etc. 　 　
o Data maintenance: material determination-, substitute-, exclusion list 　 　
o Execution of allocation management acc. to allocation process 　 　
o Lead time communication towards the customers 　 　
o KPI self assessment 　 　

任职要求：
1. Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Mgmt, Engineering, Commercial.
2. Min 3 years experience in manufacturing, preferable in planning. Enjoy working in a customer service environment.
3. Ability to work with SAP SD, SAP MM, Microsoft Application.
4. Pro-active and able to work under pressure.
5. Good interpersonal skill in handling tough situations.
6. Analytical skill is essential in maintaining an optimum inventory team player.
7. Able to work independently.
8. Fluent English in oral and writing
