职位描述
销售工程师任职要求:
1、5年以上冲压行业的销售经验,汽车冲压行业优先
2、具有良好的客户沟通和交际能力
3、具有开发新客户能力和一定优质的客户资源
4、精通一门外语,英语优先、日语其次
销售工程师岗位职责:
a. 收集市场信息,开发符合公司目标市场定位战略的新客户和项目;
Collect market information, explore new customers&programs per companys target marketing strategies
b. 根据公司流程及客户要求按时处理新客户的询报价及打样;负责和客户商务谈判和落实合同;
Lead to handle with customers RFQs and making samples per proceduresResponsible for negotiation and finalization of contracts with customers.
c. 处理解决和客户的商务问题(如付款条件、价格调整等)
Negotiate with customer for commercial issues (price adjustment,payment terms etc.)
d. 支持完成团队的销售额目标,必要时,协助跟进应收货款;
Support the whole team to achieve sales target, when necessary, to follow up receivable account
e. 客户管理,包括建立客户档案,安排客户来访事宜、企业展示,市场报告,积极与客户沟通,了解客户面临的问题并帮助他们解决问题,提高客户满意度。
To undertake key account management of a specified number of accounts, including visits, presentations,drafting market reports, work with Management to maximise sales opportunities and customer satisf****, understanding the problem that customer is facing and help them to resolve or facilitate.
f. 日常客户拜访及关系维护。持续市场调查,了解潜在竞争对手情况,提高自身的竞争力;
Regular customer visits and relationship maintenance;Conduct market survey, get to know potential competitors and make analysis, so that to improve own competitiveness.
g. 销售经理分配的其他工作任务;
Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager.
