招聘专员 Recruiter

工作职责：
1、根据公司业务要求完成金融IT职位的招聘；
2、独立负责岗位需求分析、通过各个渠道进行简历甄选、电话沟通、面试安排及offer谈判；
3、完成公司招聘数据报表和系统的维护；
4、负责公司招聘渠道的维护及招聘流程优化。

岗位要求：
1、良好的英语听说读写能力；
2、流畅的语言表达能力和协调能力，有团队合作精神；
3、有亲和力，积极向上，有较强的抗压能力和良好的学习能力；
4、有软件外包、外派招聘、猎头等工作经验优先；
5、有过Core Java、C++、Integrator、QA等IT类岗位的招聘经验优先。


Position: Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:
1．Select appropriate sourcing channels to get right candidates
2．Screen CVs
3．Conduct telephone interview and face to face interview
4．Assess candidates with all kinds of methods including structure interview, STAR and assessment tools if necessary
5．Feedback and communication with Project Manager, candidates and other related party;
6．Monitor and control the whole recruiting process of responsible positions;
7．Support on other tasks of recruiting team;

Requirements:
1．Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resource, Business Management or Computer Science is the plus;
2．At least 1 year experience in recruiting process, multi-national company experience in IT industry or headhunter preferred;
3．Reliable, outgoing, proactive, result-oriented. Can work under high pressure
