Title: Admin Assistant & Reception
Location : Beijing
Job purpose
The role of Admin Assistant & Reception is to work closely with Hitachi Admin Team to keep the admin and reception routine on going.

Responsibilities

1.办公用品采购：审核、统计办公用品的品种及数量，根据需求制作办公用品采购计划，提交上级审批；
2.报销工作：负责物流公司、办公文具、名片、国内外快件和机票等方面的报销工作（每月做PO），整理好相关文件后逐级提交领导审批，转财务部门处理；
3.机票酒店预订：负责HR、Legal、IT、Finance等部门同事的机票、酒店的预订工作；
4.会议室管理员：查看会议室和培训教室的预订情况，及时协调安排会议室的预订；
5.更新表格：各类表格的更新、制作（老板行程 / 中国区、亚太区人员名单的更新制作等）；
6.负责公司前台接待及电话接转；
7.酒店合同：与酒店方面维持联系，关注员工反馈，每年审核酒店的合同并提交领导签署；
8.运输安排：公司大型存储机柜、电池、备件等的运输工作；
9.快递/工资单/电影票等物品的发放工作；
10.认真完成领导交办的其他事务性工作。

Profile & Competencies
1.文秘、行政管理及相关专业大专或者本科以上学历；
2.一年以上相关工作经验；
3.熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
4.工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚；
5.熟练使用相关办公软件。
6.良好的英文沟通能力，流利书写英文邮件
