描述：为客户实施现场服务及大客户的服务管理工作，要求具备良好的客户满意度意识和精湛的技术服务水准。
职责：
1.能独立承担并完成HDS高端存储产品的安装、维修和维护工作，包括并不限于，硬件安装、在线扩容、微码升级、配置变更、问题处理和解决等；
2.有良好的金融客户服务经验，能主动为客户提供技术规划和建议，包括微码评估、复杂问题跟进处理、在线扩容或项目实施规划等；
3.具备良好的客户服务意识，包括但不限于:有效倾听和沟通、问题分析及处理、文档撰写和团队协作等能力；
任职资格：
1. 计算机及相关专业大学本科毕业，5年以上的IT存储及售后服务工作经验，有银行和金融客户经验者优先。
2. 具备HDS产品维护能力或专业原厂的存储技术能力（如HP、EMC、IBM等）。
3. 乐观自信、有责任感，并有志于从事售后服务工作。
