职责描述：
Job Title: VAD Manager (Individual Contributor)
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
•Focus on Value-Added Distribution business
•Enable, engage with HDS distributors to drive the business growth and achieve the assigned target
•Plan and execute country-wide partner program, product program to drive VAD business
•Leads generation, pipeline & forecast management
•Communication with internal and external relevant parties regarding Distributor’s business
Qualifications：
•Bachelor Degree or above
•At least 5 years work experience in related areas
•Familiar with traditional external storage market, has basis knowledge of midrange storage system.
•Strong channel management experience, and familiar to plan and execute channel program.
•Ability to work in a fast paced, cross functional and highly matrix environment with limited supervision.
•Strong communication skills
•English is not must, but preferable
