Primary Responsibilities:

• Design the firmware architecture ensuring integrity throughout the product line;
设计适用于整个产品线的完整的固件架构；
• Maintain firmware quality through development process improvement, tools, coding standards, design reviews, coaching and compliance monitoring;
通过研发改进、使用工具、设计评审、编码及编译检测环节保证固件质量；
• Provide progressive firmware implementation effort estimates and risk assessments;
提供渐进的固件实施评估和风险评估策略；
• Write project firmware design specifications and contribute to system level designs;
编写项目固件设计规范并对系统设计提出建议；
• Participate in project plan definition and meet schedule commitments;
参与项目计划制定并满足项目进度要求；
• Coordinate with the hardware, software and application and test teams;
配合硬件、软件、应用及测试团队的工作；
• Identify opportunities for product quality, performance and feature enhancements.
确认对产品质量、性能和功能的改进。

Qualifications Required:
任职要求
• Degree in Electrical Engineering. MSC is preferred;
大学本科以上学历，硕士优先，电气工程相关专业；
• 3 years of embedded firmware development experience preferred;
3年嵌入式固件开发的经验优先；
• Experience producing commercial-quality firmware for critical applications;
具开发商业性固件关键应用的经验；
• Experience with system design and multi-processor, realtime, multi-tasking systems;
具系统设计及多处理器、实时、多任务系统的设计经验；
• Effective written and oral communication skills;
良好的口头和书面沟通能力；
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, business focused environment;
能适应变化，以业务发展为导向；
• Good command of English incl. speaking, reading, writing and listening.
