职责描述：
•Work out the budget, to analyse the HC and cost bridge vs the business.

•Calculate the salary and ensure the payment on time in every month

•IIT declaration every month and declaration for employees that annual income exceed 120 thousands and expatriates
每月个税准时申报以及年薪超过12万的员工的个税申报
•Participate in reviewing annual bonus scheme, anticipate and calculate the annual bonus
参与年度奖金政策的修订，测算及计算年终奖金
•Monthly Performance Review for related employees.

•Maintain the employee information in HR system
维护HR系统中员工信息的数据
•Weekly and monthly OT hours analysis report
加班时数的分析报告（周、月）
•Maintain and update the personal file
维护、更新员工档案
•Manage the outsourcing suppliers
管理派遣供应商
•annual labour check report from bureau and renew corrective contract.
劳动年检报告以及续签集体劳动合同
•Set up training record and course for each employee
建立员工培训记录档案。
•Update Social insurance and housing fund information monthly
每月更新社会保险和住房公积金信息
•Social insurance headcount monthly add and reduce on time.
及时增加、减少每月社保人头。
•Update and maintain OrgVue system.
维护更新OrgVue系统，确保系统数据的正确性
•Maintain HR hard copy files according to files mgmt. procedure.
根据文件管理程序，维护HR文本档档案


任职要求：
Education/教育:
•Diploma and above degree
本科以上学历

Experience/经验:
•Above 2 year payroll experience
2年以上相关工作经验。

Knowledge/Skills Required/所需知识技能:
•Good English both in oral and written
良好的英语听说读写能力。
•Good computer skill in Excel.
良好的电脑EXCEL技能。
•Have Payroll knowledge and experience. Understanding the relevant policies and practice.
具备薪酬知识和经验。了解相关政策和操作。
