The Workshop and Repair Engineer is in charge of repairing and maintaining machines in FAIST ChemTec (Tianjin) Co. Ltd. Products of FAIST ChemTec are bitumen based noise dampening materials for automotive industry, e.g. Benz, BMW, Porsche and other brands. Those bitumen foils are produced by a highly automatic endless production line which includes e.g. a bitumen and other material automatic weighting and mixing section, calendaring belt, automatic attachment of foils and glue and automatic punching press station. The line is automatically controlled.

Responsibilities of Maintenance and Repair Engineer:
设备维护维修工程师岗位职责：
1. Do preventive maintenance of pump, electrical motors, punching press and other equipment of the line
负责泵、电机、冲床等产线设备的预防保养

2. In case of line stops produced bitumen becomes hard. This requires pumps, screws, nozzles, mixers and other equipment to be disassembled and cleaned from hardened bitumen residues
若产线停止运转，沥青固化，需要负责使用泵、螺丝刀、喷嘴、搅拌机等设备拆卸并清理设备，移除里面固化的沥青

3. Disassembly and repair of broken and malfunctioning equipment requiring, disassembly, welding, cleaning, grinding and replacement of defective parts
负责拆卸维修无法正常工作或出故障设备，需拆些、焊接、清洗、研磨和更换出故障的部件

4. If spare parts are not available metal workshop must also be able to make mechanical drawings of spare parts and manufacture them according to such drawing
若无法找到可替换的零部件，机加工车间须能够画出零部件图纸并按图纸加工出零部件

5. Buildup of a spare part storage area for most common spare parts to assure 24/7 production capability of line
负责搭建零部件储藏区域，备有常见零部件以确保工厂全时运转

Job Requirement:
任职要求：

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical, automation or other related majors
大专或以上学历，主修机械，或自动化等相关专业

2. More than 3 years’ working experience with equipment maintenance; Experience in automated production line maintenance is preferred
3年以上设备维修经验,有自动化生产线维修经验者优先考虑

3. Proficient in low-voltage electrical power distribution, inverter, servo control motor, servo controller and related knowledge; extremely strong at handling automatic fault; high voltage network operation experience is preferred
熟练掌握低压电器配电、变频器、伺服控制电机，伺服控制器及相关知识，极强的自动化故障处理能力； 有高压入网操作经验优先考虑

4. Familiar with mechanical principle, able to use Auto CAD, pro or solid work and other drawing software, and able to map non-standard parts
熟悉机械原理，能够运用Auto CAD, Pro/E 或Solid work等绘图软件 ，并能够对非标零件测绘

5. Familiar with the principle of hydraulic system and able to analyze the malfunction of hydraulic system and propose the solution
熟悉液压系统原理，能够对液压系统故障进行分析并提出解决方案

6.Familiar with MS Office
熟练使用office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)等办公软件

7. Good at English reading and writing and able to use English as working language.
具备良好的英语读、写能力，能够用英语进行工作交流

8. Hard working, diligent, clear-minded, innovative and good at execution and having sense of ownership
