职位描述

职责描述:
1 . Manage the company’s accounting processes and work with Head quarter in US for
monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
2 . Establish and maintain effective internal control procedures and systems in accordance
with corporate policies and generally accepted accounting principles.
3 . Continuously review the company business activities and processes to evaluate the risk
and prepare mitigation process .
4 . Provide analytical service to support business decision making and support company to
execute effectively.
5 . Manage the accounting/ finance department; Maintains financial staff job results by
coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising
job results.
6 . Manage the process for audit, tax, customs and treasury management.
7 . Establish forecast and budgeting process and target across organization and drive the
forecasting and budget results.
8 . Continuously identify opportunities to improve profitability of the business.
9 . Assist management in driving financial and operational accountability throughout the
organization.
10 . Support management team with ad hoc reporting requests, profitability analysis, strategic
analysis, global projects and others duties as assigned.
11 . Direct the function of information systems.

任职要求:
1 . Bachelor degree or above in Accountancy, Finance or its equivalent, CPA preferred.
2 . US Accounting Standard experience.
3 . At least 10 years progressive experience in financial management in multinational firms
and/or accounting of manufacturing processes.
4 . Exposure to controlling, consulting functions and planning activities.
5 . Numerically strong and comfortable with high-technology PC work environment; ERP
experience.
6 . Mature personality with a strong degree of ability to communicate with all levels of the
organization including the CEO and CFO.
7 . Pro-active, independent and a quick learner.
