Develop and carry out the plan of sales and marketing ****ives for responsible lines of product including sales volume, profit forecasts, pricing policy, market share and so on. 制定并执行负责产品线的销售和营销目标计划，包括销售量、利润预测、定价政策、市场占有率等；3. Together with sales team to develop customers of big OEM or projects, trace andmonitor product application in key customers and provide quick and effective solutions for problems in terms of relative products.与销售团队一起开发大型OEM或项目的客户，跟踪和监控关键客户的产品应用，为相关产品的问题提供快速有效的解决方案；4. Prepare the marketing program details such as system data, catalogues, marketing samples/demo systems, technical documents, user instructions, markets survey & analysis report and so on.准备营销计划的详细信息，如系统数据、目录、营销样品/演示系统、技术文件、用户说明、市场调查和分析报告等； 5. Analysis of domestic market in regard of technical and market survey, include market size,market trends, main p**** of the market, ****, performance and certification required,target product, price levels etc.技术和市场调查方面的国内市场分析，包括市场规模、市场趋势、市场主要参与者、地点、所需性能和认证、目标产品、价格水平等；6. Competition analysis, include main competitor, market share, technical specification, pricing, sales channel, specific requirements of customers and competitors product performance etc.竞争分析，包括主要竞争对手、市场份额、技术规格、定价、销售渠道、客户的具体要求和竞争对手的产品性能等. 7. Provide product & application trainings/case study internally and externally, establish application reports and presentation for various markets.制作产品及其应用的培训和内外部案例分析，并不断更新和完善，为不同市场建立应用报告和演示. 8. Pre-section new product development and be part of product/system development team.预备新产品开发，并成为产品/系统开发团队的一员. 9. Support quality management in customer complains and supply chains.支持客户投诉和供应链的质量管理. 招聘要求Requirements:1. Strong Mechanical & Hydraulics knowledge丰富的机械和液压知识2.
