Position OverviewAXIS International School is seeking an AI Applications and Operations Optimization Manager to drive the practical implementation of AI, automation tools, and digital platforms across the school’s day-to-day work environment, with the goal of improving teaching support, administrative operations, and overall organizational efficiency.The core purpose of this role is not simply to train teachers on how to use individual tools, nor to remain at the level of technical support. Instead, this position is expected to proactively identify inefficiencies in school and management workflows, integrate appropriate tools and processes, and turn AI and automation into real productivity gains. The role should help teachers and administrative staff reduce repetitive, low-value tasks so they can devote more time to thinking, judgment, communication, and other higher-value work.⸻Key Responsibilities1. Drive the Implementation of AI Applications•Identify practical use cases for AI across teaching, management, and school operations, and support their implementation•Apply AI to concrete tasks such as lesson preparation support, material organization, data analysis, communication support, and workflow improvement•Work closely with teachers, administrative staff, and school leadership to continuously improve the use and impact of AI2. Promote Operational Automation and Efficiency Improvement•Identify repetitive and inefficient workflows and design automation solutions•Integrate the school’s existing digital tools and platforms to improve cross-departmental collaboration•Help establish more efficient workflows and reduce repetitive manual work3. Support Data Integration and Intelligent Applications•Assist in integrating data from different systems to improve information flow and usability•Support basic data analysis, reporting improvements, and management decision support•Contribute to the school’s practice in data standardization and AI-enabled analysis4. Advance Innovation Pilots and Scaling•Stay informed about developments in AI, automation, and productivity tools•Proactively propose, test, and refine new application scenarios•Start with small-scale pilots and gradually develop practices that can be replicated and scaled across the school5.
