Job Title: Maketing Supervisor 市场主管Department: Marketing 市场部Band: Administrative SupportReporting Accountability: Head of School or 招生市场部经理Achieve Xiamen International School is seeking a Marketing Supervisor who is responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy to support the growth of AXIS as a premier international school in Xiamen. Initially, that strategy will focus on targeting students, families, embassies and strategic corporate institutions for admission. Over time that strategy will shift to promote the school and the AXIS brand in the community and corporate world. The supervisor will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying target communities, developing a strategy to engage with target communities, and identifying a variety of methods or platforms to engage with parents. The Marketing Supervisor coordinates with the Head of School to develop and implement the marketing plan, develop communication platforms, identifying our value proposition, and analyzing the overall effectiveness of each task. It is essential that the marketing supervisor and the admissions team liaise in partnership with the Head of School to ensure that the school is reaching its target enrollment in all programs. The Marketing Supervisor will create engaging content in English and Chinese to publish on major social media platforms (e.g. ****edIn, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, Instagram) and the in-school publication to reach our target audience. In addition, they are responsible for regular updating of the school website by developing stories that share our vision and our value proposition. Scope of ResponsibilitiesThe AXIS marketing supervisor is responsible for:1. Create and execute an effective marketing plan to include:• Direct marketing campaigns• Indirect marketing campaigns• Social media outreach• Media and written content in English and Chinese2. Identify the target audience, how they can be engaged, and on what platforms.3. Conduct market research of competitor schools and develop a comprehensive value proposition.4. Create regular content that is mission aligned on media platforms.5. Identify, maintain and create content for a weekly schedule for digital media stories.6. Create stories for media platforms that underscore our value proposition and the return on parents' investment.7. Create and communicate (across all platforms) the narrative of the school.8. Develop and implement the marketing strategy and plan.9. Branding and community promotion.10. Outreach for any school-community cooperation.
