塔塔TCS福利: 外企大平台,固定十三薪 早九晚六、周末双休 五险一金,商业保险(可惠及家人) 定期体检 22天带薪假期(带薪年假10天起+带薪病假12天)。学历要求:本科及以上(学信网可查)驻场客户现场:广州市天河区富力中心面试流程:电话测试+视频面试。简历投递请确保真实有效可背调。一、岗位职责核心职责是保障中国区云平台与本地数据中心的稳定、安全与高效运行,同时推动基础设施的自动化与标准化,支撑全球化团队协作。二、主要工作内容1. 核心运维保障◦ 负责中国区云平台及本地数据中心的运维优化,持续提升IT基础设施的稳定性、安全性和效率,确保满足SLA/SLO要求。◦ 承担Web服务运维工作,运用WAF、CDN、DDoS等技术保障中国区Web服务的安全、稳定与快速访问。2. 容器与PaaS管理◦ 协助管理K8s、AKS等容器服务及云PaaS平台,包括部署、可观测性建设、故障排查与性能调优,保障容器服务与PaaS平台的平稳运行。3. 基础设施自动化与标准化◦ 落地Infra as Code(IaC)流程,基于Terraform设计并实现PaaS资源的全链路部署,推动基础设施自动化建设。◦ 针对不同云平台特性制定统一运维标准,推动跨云资源及混合环境的标准化管理。4. 多云与混合环境支持◦ 支持多云环境(如Azure+AWS、Azure+阿里云)的运维管理,参与跨云资源调度与技术协同,保障多云环境与本地数据中心的高效协作运行。5. 全球化协作◦ 以英文为工作语言,与全球团队紧密沟通协作,参与技术讨论与项目汇报。Job Responsibilities•Responsible for operation optimization of the cloud platform & local datacenter in China, continuously enhance the stability, security, and efficiency of the IT infrastructure environment to meet and meet the SLA/SLO.•Assist in management and enhancement of container-related services such as K8S, AKS and cloud PaaS, including deployment, observability, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, to ensure the smooth operation of container services and cloud PaaS services.•Be capable of implementing the Infra as Code development process, with experience in designing and implementing end-to-end deployment processes for PaaS resources based on Terraform and promoting the construction of infrastructure automation.•Undertake web operation and maintenance work, utilize technical knowledge such as WAF, CDN, and DDOS to ensure the security, stability, and fast access of China web services.•Maintain close communication and collaboration with global teams, participate in technical discussions and project reports using English as the working language.•Be capable of supporting the operation and maintenance management of multi-cloud environments (combinations such as Azure + AWS or Azure + Alibaba Cloud), participate in cross-cloud resource scheduling and technical coordination to ensure the efficient and collaborative operation of multi-cloud environments as well as the local data center.•Develop unified operation standards and processes based on the characteristics and differences of different cloud platforms and promote the standardized management of cross-cloud resources, cloud and on-premises environment.•Priority on technical area•Deep technical understanding of cloud computing services, including virtual machines, storage, serverless computing and containers on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or hybrid environments, including optimizing these services to improve performance and efficiency, quickly troubleshooting, and resolving various faults, to ensure the stable operation of services.•Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux server OS administration and containers such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift.•Expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and event-driven design patterns and related identity & access, Observability, Cost Optimization, Security compliance•Proficiency in DevOps practices, IaC, and ****ing with tools like Terraform, Bash, and PowerShell, be capable of implementing the Infra as Code development process, with experience in designing and implementing end-to-end deployment processes and promoting the construction of infrastructure automation and GitOps ways of working.•Familiar with web operation and maintenance-related technologies such as WAF, CDN, and DDOS, understand the principles of network security protection, and have practical experience in web operation and maintenance and security protection.•Ensure compliance with cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and auditing.•Strong mindset for cloud resource efficiency and management, including tagging and optimization, to improve performance and scalability.•Possess excellent English skills, able to proficiently communicate orally and in writing in English and easily cope with cross-border team collaboration and business negotiations.•Have good communication skills, positive work attitude, and strong learning ability, able to quickly adapt to the changing technical environment and business needs.
