职位描述确保维修活动遵循ESM, CMM, IRM, SPM 以及其它的 OEM要求； Make sure rework activities are carried out in accordance with ESM, CMM, IRM, SPM and other OEM requirements； 编制维修流程, 撰写工程报告, 质保报告, 部件/过程/试验室不合格报告； Prepare repair procedure, write engineering report, warranty report, part/line/lab reject findings report； 解决制定主修理方案； Work out master repair schemes； 编制部件修理程序； Develop and compile part repair process； 制定部件维修工程处置方案； Work out repair part engineering disposition； 利用其它资源的支持, 建立新的维修能力； Set up new rework capability with support from other sources；  维修技术指导； Rework technical direction； 工程处置工作，包括确定维修范围、选择需执行的服务通告等； The task of engineering disposition, including release work scope, appoint applicable SB(s), etc； 工具/消耗品/零部件等效替代流程； The ****native tooling/consumable/parts equivalence assessment procedure； 新能力申请流程； New capability application procedure； 工具设备的自制和改造； Self-Manufacture and Modification of tools & Equipment； 领导交代的其他任务； Other tasks assigned by the leader任职资格：本科或以上学历，机械、材料、化学或相关工程专业； Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, material, chemistry or equivalent engineering 英语4级及以上或同等水平，能够阅读和理解维修相关技术文件； CET-4 or above or equivalent level, able to read and understand English Maintenance related technical documents 具备机械专业知识、飞机零部件基本知识、航空基本知识；Have mechanical knowledge, basic knowledge of aircraft parts, basic knowledge of aviation 具备修理过程相关的知识和经验, 如焊接 、热喷涂、CNC 加工、热处理、度量等； Knowledge and experience in repair process, such as welding, thermal spraying, CNC machining, heat treatment, measurement, etc. 持有民航维修人员执照优先； Hold civil aviation maintenance personnel license is preferred 熟练掌握常用的办公软件； Good skill of common office software
