Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation 50%Develop, write, design, schedule, and publish engaging, high-quality content, including posts, articles, stories, images, and short videos, for the school's primary digital channels, such as WeChat Official Account, RedNote, and the official website.Ensure all content consistently reflects the school's brand identity, mission, values, and communication strategy.Tailor content ****, format, and tone for each platform's unique audience and mechanism.Maintain a publishing calendar to guarantee regular delivery of new content.Photography & Videography 20%Serve as the photographer for a wide range of school activities, including academic events, performances, sports competitions, celebrations, and daily campus scenes.Capture high-quality and visually compelling photos that tell the story of the Concord experience and align with brand guidelines.Provide basic photo editing and retouching as needed.Work with external vendors to shoot and edit short, impactful videos, e.g., event highlights, student testimonials, campus features, for social media and the website.Maintain the school's digital photo and video library.Event Support 10%Provide on-site marketing and communications support for key events, such as Open Days, school fairs, cultural festivals, performances, graduation, etc.Responsibilities include real-time social media coverage, photography/videography, assisting with setup of marketing materials, and capturing audience testimonials.Community Engagement & Analytics 10%Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across managed platforms respond professionally and ****ly within defined guidelines or escalate appropriately.Foster positive online inter****s and strengthen community spirit.Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversion rates to generate ****able insights.Analyze user demographics and behavior to identify pain points and tailor content to audience needs.Collaboration 10%Work closely with the marketing and admissions team, academic departments, faculty, staff, and parents to gather information and stories, and ensure coordinated messaging.Collaborate with designers and external vendors to produce high-quality materials.Complete additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.RequirementsBachelor's degree in English, Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within an education or agency setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.Portfolio demonstrating strong writing, visual content creation (photography & basic video), and social media campaign examples.Proven expertise in managing WeChat Official Account and RedNote.Technical proficiency with cameras and basic photo/video editing tools.Proficiency in basic graphic design tools, e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) is advantageous.Ability to use platform analytics and social media management tools.Excellent organizational and time management skills ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.Cultural sensitivity and understanding of the international school community.Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for event coverage.
