Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement annual marketing plans focused on increasing brand awareness and achieving student enrolment targets.Track, measure, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness using key metrics, e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, ROI, enrolment growth.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.Develop and manage organic social media calendars and content strategies.Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across key digital platforms (WeChat Official Account, Moments, Channels RedNote KOL collaborations).Manage relationships with key media partners, advertising vendors and KOLs.Oversee the school website content updates and SEO initiatives.Support and coordinate offline marketing events and school activities, e.g. Open Days, school fairs, academic showcases, celebrations, performances. Manage external vendors, such as agencies, designers, photographers and videographers, to produce compelling content for digital ads, social media, print materials, banners, signage.Maintain and update campus branding across all physical and digital touchpoints, e.g., signage, presentations, merchandise, digital assets.Manage the inventory and production of branded merchandise and promotional materials.Complete other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.RequirementsBachelor's degree in English, Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in education, luxury branding, or agency management highly advantageous.Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimising paid digital campaigns. Hands-on experience with WeChat ecosystem (OA, Moments, Channels), RedNote, and other major digital platforms.Proficiency in basic photography/videography for content creation. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, and design software, e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Ability to build and maintain relationships with media, vendors, and KOLs.Strong organisational skills adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative spirit with cross-departmental teams, e.g. Admissions, Academics, Operations.
