职位信息1、负责编写产品工艺，编制作业指导书；2、负责产品生产工艺流程、工艺标准的制定与实施，分析、解决现场工艺问题；3、负责对产品进行新材料、新工艺、新技术的应用4、分析解决客户投诉的产品质量问题，制定、实施纠正和预防措施；5、产线生产中的不良分析，提出流程改善、设备改善、环境改善、治工具改善对策6、生产过程中材损及制损判定及时反馈给相关单位7、试产跟踪及过程控制，产出试产报告及标准工时表8、协助产线组长指导产线员工执行标准作业9、治工具的设计与改善任职要求：1、有3年以上电子产品研发、工艺、生产、品质等相关经验；2、掌握常用的工艺工程方法与工具，熟悉生产工艺、产品性能、产品结构。能够独立对异常进行分析并提出有效的改进方法；3、有较强的独立分析问题、解决问题的能力，良好的沟通能力，有团队精神，执行力强，工作认真细致，责任心强。
