Job Summary:• The QC engineer is responsible for supplier overall quality management activities, including supplier qualification, process audit and monitoring, product qualification, sample analysis, perform components and finish goods onsite quality inspections and acceptance before shipment.• Daily quality issues coordination between quality team in Riyadh and partners• Quality control during project implementation • NCRs management.Key Responsibilities:• You will collaborate with quality team in Riyadh to ensure that proper definition of quality target and that appropriate assurance techniques are used of product• Establish audit procedures appropriate to supplier to ensure consistency to quality standards for new suppliers and existing suppliers • Implement on site acceptance inspections at suppliers before shipment• Supporting the APQP/PPAP process for purchased components in project development• Assisting with the prototypes and PPAP sampling operations in project development• Coordination of quality planning conducted by the supplier• Monitoring and initiation of corrective ****s relating to product quality• Coordination of pre-analysis and deep analysis for complaints in manufacture plant• Quality performance monitoring and analysis regularly • Quality agreement 100% cover with partnersQualifications:• Bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field.• Proven experience in electrical industry quality assurance and quality control at least 3 years• Knowledge of project operations on DFMEA, PFMEA and RFMEA development • Good knowledge of supplier quality management system, tools, international standards ,NCR management and supplier performance ****uations and audit.• ISO,VDA6.3 and IATF16949 certified auditor• Good knowledge on process of plastic , metal ,mould, electronics and surface treatment • Good problem-solving skills and ownership, able to apply effective problem-solvingmethodology and systematic improvement approach.• Good process improvement knowledge and skills (e.g. continuous improvement, Lean knowledge, Customer complaint solving, consolidation and prevention capability etc.)• Ability to build strong networks and interact in a cross-functional and cultural environment with headquarter cross functions in Riyadh • Fluent in English writing and speaking • Highest business ethics and conduct About Alfanar• Alfanar is a famous manufacturer in electrical products, EPC solutions for conventional and renewable power plants, allied engineering services and design engineering.
