The Foundation Administrative Coordinator at the Tianjin Juilliard School works closely with the Manager of Development and provides support for all activities of the Tianjin Juilliard School Education Development Foundation天津茱莉亚学院基金会行政专员将与发展事务经理密切合作，支持基金会各项运营工作。Reporting to the Development Manager汇报：发展事务经理Responsibilities:工作职责：1. Assist in the efficient management of administrative tasks, including drafting, circulating, and archiving legal documents related to the Foundation协助基金会各项行政及法律文书的起草、流转与归档；2. Assist with the improvement, updating, and review of various regulations governing the TJS Education Development Foundation协助完善、更新、审定基金会各项制度；3. Help organize Foundation meetings, including but not limited to preparing meeting materials, arranging meeting venues, drafting meeting minutes, and accomplishing pre-/post- meeting reporting to relevant governmental organizations支持落实基金会理事会会务，包括但不限于会议资料整理、会场布置及组织、会议纪要、会前会后备案；4. Assist in the operation and maintenance of the Foundation website, as well as contribute to the planning and development of website content协助基金会网站运营及维护，策划内容及素材；5. Assist in media publicity and promotion efforts, and aid in managing the Foundations’ social media accounts协助媒体宣传供稿，维护基金会社交账号；6. Assist in daily administrative works of the Foundation, including but not limited to document archiving, official stamp management, and certificate usage management协助落实基金会各项日常管理工作，包括但不限于文件归档、基金会公章使用登记、证书使用登记；10.
