1. 领导采购小组，负责对采购组的日常管理、对小组成员进行培训、考核；2. 有效执行公司对采购小组的工作要求，确保对客户的产品交付形成强有力支撑；3. 不断优化并推行高效的供应链、采购流程、制度和政策；3.主导供应商的开发、淘汰，特别是针对关键原材料供应商；4. 主导关键物料的价格谈判，达到公司预期和目标；5. 识别、评估和应对供应链中的潜在风险，制定应急预案，确保供应链的稳定和安全；6. 与公司其他职能团队保持高效沟通与协作，确保所有采购物料符合公司质量标准和相关法规要求，采购策略支持新产品开发和现有产品生产。任职资格1.本科及以上学历，5年以上采购工作经验，有一定的团队管理经验；2.熟悉产品核心原材料（膜、管路、接头、过滤器、传感器、注塑件等）的采购者优先；3.精通采购与供应链管理知识，熟悉供应商开发、谈判、合同管理等全流程；4.熟悉ISO13485，ISO15378质量管理体系，对医疗器械/制药行业法规有基本了解；5.能够从全局视角制定采购战略；6.善于内外部沟通，诚信正直，具备良好的职业道德。
