Job Title: Field Service Engineer-Report to: Service Team LeaderDirect reports: NA职位:现场服务工程师-汇报对象:服务主管下属:无MissionYour mission is to maximize the customer satisf**** on service quality and capability with providing professional service and consultancy while promote service products to support service business development.您的使命是通过提供专业服务和咨询,最大限度地提高客户对服务质量和能力的满意度,同时推广服务产品,支持服务业务发展。Major ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:•Work independently for service work of Atlas Copco products.•Clearly understand service contract scope and KPI•Continuous learning to upgrade self-competence according to business strategy and requirement.•Pass the annual competence certification.•Make service plan based on service contract requirement.•Strong implementation based on service contract & service order requirement.•Assist team leader’s work about service contract.•KPI data collection•Finish service documents according as Atlas Copco or customer’s standard•Keep good communication with customer.•Collect customer request and feedback to sales or manager.•Work closely with sales team & project team on new equipment installation.•Solve problems and support customer remotely.•Provide Atlas Copco tool operation training to customer.•Quality issue claim and follow up to close.•Raise red flags when there is business and technical risks.•Mentor of junior engineer on service skill.•Be responsible for service tools / equipment management registered in own name.•Follow strictly on Safety, Healthy, Environment, Data security policy of Customer.•Follow The Way We Do Things & Code of Conduct•Strictly follow the safety procedures and instructions during the travel and at the workplaces in company, customers' and business partners' facility, and correctly wear Personal Protective Equipment according to instruction. Actively participate safety training, self-learning and other activities. Report safety risk to prevent accident. •Be ready to take up other tasks as assigned.任务职责包括但不限于:•独立完成阿特拉斯·科普柯产品的服务工作•清楚了解服务合同的范围和KPI•根据业务战略和要求,不断学习提升自身能力•通过年度能力认证•根据服务合同要求制定服务计划•基于服务合同和服务订单需求的强力执行•协助主管做好服务合同管理工作•KPI数据收集•根据阿特拉斯·科普柯或客户标准完成服务文件•与客户保持良好的沟通•收集客户的需求和反馈给销售或经理•与销售团队和项目团队紧密合作进行新设备的安装•远程解决问题和为客户提供支持•为客户提供阿特拉斯·科普柯工具操作培训•质量问题上报、跟进及关闭•当存在商业和技术风险时,发出警告信号•指导初级工程师的服务技能•负责管理登记于自己名下的服务用工具/设备•严格遵守客户的安全、健康、环境和数据安全政策•遵守<我们做事的方法>和<行为准则>•在出差期间以及在公司、客户和业务合作伙伴设施的工作场所严格遵守安全程序和指示,并根据指示正确佩戴个人防护用品。积极参加安全培训、自学等活动。报告安全隐患,防止事故发生•做好准备接受分配的其他任务Education & Experience•Graduate from technical school or above, prefer major in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Software•At least 2 years’ experience in aftermarket service of industry productKnowledge & Skills•Mechanical, electronic and electrical knowledge•PLC, Fieldbus and Ethernet knowledge are considered as the advantages. •Strong skill of diagnosing, repairing and troubleshooting•Good PC and MS office skills•Good communication and interpersonal skills•Basic English knowledgePersonality & Behavior Traits•Customer oriented•Result-oriented•Self-motivation and independence•Active growth mindset•Collaboration•Quick learner•Willing to travel.•Urgency awareness教育和经验要求:•中专或技校以上学历,机械、电气、自动化、软件专业优先•2年以上工业产品售后服务经验知识技能:•机械、电子、电气知识•有PLC、现场总线和以太网知识的优先考虑•较强的诊断、维修和故障处理能力•熟练使用计算机和办公软件•良好的沟通能力和处理人际关系技巧•基本的英语知识性格和行为特质:•以客户为中心•结果导向•自我激励和独立•积极成长性思维•团队合作•快速学习者•愿意出差•紧急意识
