职责描述：1.Manufacturing process quality Control, process audit.制程质量管控(IQC,IPQC, FQC, OQC)以及过程审核。2.Inspectors' management and to **** quality issue.负责质检员的工作安排，确认质量异常。3.Responsible for inspection instruction and standard.负责质量检验指导书的制作以及检验标准的制定。4.Continuous improvement to reduce the reject, scrap and quality cost with the team.负责不良，报废及其他质量事宜的持续改善。5.Organize Weekly/Monthly quality meeting both for internal and external quality with the team to define ****s to improve.负责组织质量周会，月会的检讨。6.Segregated parts’ management.负责不良品的管理和处置。7.QC training for multi-function matrix BC.负责质检员包括多功能员工的质量方面的培训8.Product quality containment and breakpoint management if necessary负责制程遏制措施和断点的管理。9.6S Management in Quality.涉及质量的6S 的管理。任职要求：1.At least 3 years of working experience as a quality supervisor.至少3年的质量主管工作经验。2.Familiar with ISO9000 /TS16949 熟悉ISO9000体系。最好是熟悉TS16949。技能要求：1.Systemic problem solving skills / 系统分析和解决问题2.Strong knowledge of ISO9000 /深度熟悉ISO90003.Prefer in Experiences of TS/IATF 16949 system / 熟悉IATF16949 优先4.Prefer in Experiences of VDA. / 熟悉VDA 优先个人背景：1.Good working attitude 良好的工作态度和敬业精神2.Good team spirit 良好的团队精神。
