Roles and Responsibilities:Ÿ Responsible for full life cycle project delivery, including estimation, budgeting, resource planning, milestone tracking, quality assurance etc. Ÿ Create and maintain the plans and metrics to track team progress and manages operational needs, including milestones, resources, and budgetŸ Have good communication among disciplines in a cross-functional team that includes PM, BA, developers, testers, and UI/UX designers.Ÿ Ensure inter and intra team risks, impediments and blockers are identified, resolved, and communicated.Ÿ Able to manage business stakeholders’ expectation, maintain good relationship with business usersŸ Able to work out technical solutions with local IT, partners, and development teamŸ Able to guide junior developers for debugging and issue fixingŸ Regularly reporting project status to high level management and corresponding stakeholdersŸ Fully utilizes JIRA/Confluence capabilities.Minimum Job Requirements:Ÿ Bachelor’s degree or above, computer science, electronic engineering or relevant majorŸ Minimum of 3 years of experience related on project manager role with at least 5 members’ teamŸ Good Oral English and Mandarin. Familiar with Cantonese is a plus.Ÿ Strong sense of responsibility, strong dedication, can work under high pressureŸ At least 3 years development experience with either App, Web, Java or CloudŸ Know Spring cloud, Spring Boot, Redis, Nginx, Kafka, DockerŸ Familiar with one popular database software, such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase, or MySQLŸ Familiar with one of popular UI structure, such as React or VueŸ Familiar with Mobile App development, Native App or Hybrid AppŸ Familiar with JIRA/Confluence/DevOpsŸ Experienced at Insurance industry is a big plusŸ With PMP certificate is a plus
