工作职责1. 与欧美IP方进行对接，能够及时反馈研发方的项目进度、项目内容以及意见和建议2. 基于项目需求和节点，跟进相应的IP合作规划，推动合作的顺利落地3. 对内负责与研发团队进行IP监修需求的沟通，包括但不限于IP需求对接、监修内容需求对接等4. 作为版权方和研发方的沟通纽带，促进团队信任建立和更高效的项目协作工作要求1、本科以上学历，1年以上游戏行业商务或运营经验，有IP游戏监修经验优先2、热爱游戏，积累丰富的游戏体验， 对SLG品类有自己的认知优先3、性格踏实稳重，关注细节，善于沟通和表达4、英语书面表达能力优秀，可作为工作语言
