•This person should be able to routinely review or draft commercial contracts in English. Some contracts may be complicated. We need inputs, comments and suggestions from this person for the negotiation or improvement of those contracts. •And this person should be able to clearly communicate with our customers, business partners and outside counsel in written and verbal English. We may not need a lawyer but five years or more legal experience is needed. •The job of internal legal may cover a broad range of topics including IP, service, trade, labor, and so on. Knowledge in tax regulation would be very helpful. And working experience in international companies is definitely a big plus.•Supporting business development initiatives from legal viewpoint•Set up company legal control system and management policy•Strutting, drafting and negotiating a wide range of bilingual contracts and trans****s conducting contract reviews, international trade compliance reviews•Providing sound legal counselling on various corporate law matters•Handing various dispute resolutions •Supervising legal specialist in providing the above-reference legal supports•Working closely with business team to provide practical counselling team to provide practical counselling on various PRC legal issues in the multinational business environment •Liaise with IP attorneys to maintain the company’s patent/trademark portfolio in various jurisdictions•Other tasks by demand.
