[岗位职责]Job Responsibility1.规划、拓展、优化海外区域招聘渠道,确保人员招聘任务的落地达成;Planning, developing, and optimizing recruitment channels of overseas region to ensure that the recruitment tasks related to overseas business are completed and achieved2.根据总部发展战略建立健全海外职级体系及培训发展体系,建立梯队培养计划,确保计划落地达成;Establish and improve the overseas grade system and training and development system according to the development strategy of the headquarter. Establish the overseas personnel succession training plan and ensure that the plan is completed and achieved3.负责构建海外人员绩效薪酬管理体系并推动落地;Responsible for establishing overseas personnel performance and compensation management system and promoting implementation4.负责对接海外人员文化管理,提升海外人员的凝集力和归属感;Responsible for overseas personnel culture management, enhance the cohesion and sense of belonging of overseas personnel5.负责落实宣贯总部企业文化、制度、政策至海外区域,同时根据海外不同国家的文化、政策等要求,制定符合当地要求的制度、政策;Responsible for publicizing and implementing corporate culture, systems and policies from headquarters to overseas regions, and at the same time, developing systems and policies that meet local requirements according to the culture and policies of different overseas countries6.结合海外政策文化,构建与不同经营团队业务属性,文化属性相匹配的激励制度;Establishing incentive systems that match the business attributes and cultural attributes of different operation teams according to overseas policies and cultures7.海外员工关系处理、行政事务支持等,确保海外区域人力资源运营符合当地劳动法律法规;Overseas employee relationship handling, administrative affairs support., to ensure the human resources management compliance with local labor laws and regulations8.构筑当地对外关系的运营管理机制并协调推进及维护;Establishing a local operational management mechanism for external relations and coordinating promotion and maintenance.9.其他海外业务相关事项的处理。Other overseas business-related matters handling.[任职资格] Job Requirements1.学历:本科及以上学历Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.2.工作经验:8年以上外资企业人力资源相关专业经验及团队管理,具备一定的海外人力资源管理经验, 熟悉欧美、拉美地区的人力资源政策法规优先考虑;Working experience: more than 8 years of professional experience related to human resources and team management in foreign-funded enterprises, with certain experience in overseas human resources management. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with HR policies and regulations in the Europe, NA or LATAM Region3.专业及技能:人力资源、工商管理等相关专业毕业,接受过相关管理培训,擅长招聘、培训、企业文化、员工关系(HRBP)等方面。Professional and skills: graduated from human resources, business administration and other related majors.
