理工科教育背景,本科及以上2-5年销售经验,有自动化,视觉行业经验更佳主动,开朗,有冲劲,学习能力强,懂技术对于base ****要有灵活度,比如现在在苏州的,未来可以cover上海,来上海出差如果公司有要求 。客户群体:汽车或电子Job Summary:This position is responsible for the field sales of the entire portfolio of Cognex products. This is a sales role for a defined territory and/or set of end users, partners, and automation machine builders (OEM’s). The OEM SE will work closely with the District Sales Manager to develop account strategies and tactics. The OEM SE will be responsible for meeting or exceeding a defined quota at assigned or newly found accounts and expanding our base of business. The employee will embody the core values of Cognex including: Work Hard, Play Hard, and Move Fast. Additional tasks will be assigned as needed by the manager. Essential Functions:1.Properly forecast and close vision solutions opportunities with OEMs/Machine Builder, Partners and End Users to reach the quota goal2.Utilize the Cognex sales process to effectively demonstrate products to customers and winning large strategic opportunities.3.Follows up on sales leads and schedules customer visits, seeking out large opportunities4.Effectively conducts customer visits in a both product & solution sales environment5.Collaborate with counterparts from other territories on opportunities that are either integrated or installed in a different territory or where the decision makers do not reside in the Account Manager’s territory. 6.Follow up on customer inquiries, understand system requirements, and differentiate the Cognex solution.7.Assists at trade shows and other marketing events.8.Coordinate ****uations utilizing the Applications Engineering team. 9.Maintain and continuously update project information in Sales Book. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 1.Proven track record of sales performance in the automation or similar industry.2.Proven track record of operating in a solutions sales environment. 3.Understand and electronic industries well. 4.Uses defined sales process to deliver desired results on a consistent basis 5.PC literate with a working knowledge of MS Windows applications6.Ability to travel 40% of the time is required7.Ability to work independently is required8.Technical selling skill is required and new accounts development ability.Minimum education and work experience required: 1.Technical Degree or equivalent work experience2.Proven sales experience and a good track record for exceeding sales targets is required3.Experience in accounts, projects as well as salesforce management.4.Experience in selling technical products to all levels of an organization is required5.Experience in key accounts maintain & new accounts development6.Experience in selling vision products is also preferred
