Job ****: Jingan, Shanghai. This role is mainly responsible for developing and executing clinlical sourcing strategy, as well as, depot sourcing strategy. If your performance is recognized by our client, you will have the opportunity to become our client's regular employee.我们正在寻找一名采购经理/助理经理,以外包人员形式加入我们客户快速增长的全球团队,工作地点为:上海市静安区。该职位主要负责制定和执行临床采购策略,以及仓库采购策略。表现若获得我们客户团队的认可,将有机会成为我们的正式员工。Purpose of JobThis position will be responsible for the coordination and management of clinical & deport outsourcing needs in support of our client’s current and planned global clinical trials, including vendor identification and ****ion, Request for Proposal (RFP) and Bid Defences, negotiating contracts, managing outsourcing budgets, vendor performance metrics, and vendor oversight/governance. This position will also be responsible for ensuring quality oversight of suppliers maximize the value obtained from partnerships with external providers at study, program or supplier level.该职位将负责协调和管理临床以及仓促外包需求,以支持我们客户当前和计划中的全球临床试验,包括供应商的识别和选择、招标书(RFP)和投标答辩、合同谈判、管理外包预算、供应商业绩指标和供应商监督/管理。该职位还将负责确保对供应商的质量监督;在研究、计划或供应商层面上,提高与外部供应商合作的价值。Major Responsibilities•Manages the identification and ****ion process of clinical vendors as well as deport vendors.•Generates Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals and budget grids. •Coordinates bid defenses and proposal review meetings and provides analysis to project teams. •Contract lifecycle management: manages clinical contracts and change orders, including active negotiation of scope of work, payment terms and budgets. •Ensures quality oversight of suppliers by: •Partners with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify, manage, escalate and resolve issues related to supplier performance. •Measures supplier performance utilizing Scorecard/Metric activities and communicating feedback to the supplier, encourage adaptation on best practices across supplier types and development of continuous process improvements/ maintenance. •Facilitates and executes supplier governance meetings and operating reviews. •Develops effective partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.•Identify current trends in outsourcing practices in the industry and specific to the Asia Pacific region.•Identifies, develops and implements outsourcing processes and procedures.•Leads and contributes to complex functional or company initiatives and special projects as identified by executive management or business need.主要职责- 管理临床供应商的识别和选择过程,以及淘汰供应商。- 管理信息请求(RFI)和提案请求以及预算网格。- 协调投标答辩和提案审查会议,并向项目组提供分析。- 合同生命周期管理:管理临床合同和变更单,包括对工作范围、付款条件和预算进行积极谈判。- 通过以下方式确保对供应商的质量监督。- 与供应商和内部利益相关者合作,识别、管理、升级和解决与供应商业绩有关的问题。 - 利用记分卡/计量活动来衡量供应商的表现;与供应商沟通反馈,鼓励适应不同类型供应商的最佳做法,并发展持续的流程改进/维护。- 促进和执行供应商管理会议和运营审查。- 发展与供应商和内部利益相关者的有效伙伴关系。- 识别当前行业内和亚太地区的外包实践趋势。- 识别、开发和实施外包流程和程序。- 领导和促进复杂的职能或公司倡议以及由执行管理层或业务需求确定的特别项目。Competencies:Ethics - Treats people with respect Inspires the trust of others Works with integrity and ethically Upholds organizational values.Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities Uses time efficiently.
