Job Responsibilities:1. Conduct market analysis for the assigned region or industry, or prepare and maintain customer insights for the assigned clients in accordance with company requirements.2. Be familiar with the basic operation and business processes of the international market, especially having a deep understanding of the culture, consumption habits and demands of overseas customers.3. Maintain customer relationships and achieve the annual management targets for existing clients assigned by the company.4. Build new customer relationships and facilitate the admission of new clients.5. Utilize various sales tools and strategies, including but not limited to market research, competitive analysis, and customer relationship management, to achieve sales targets.6. Collaborate with other departments within the company to participate in product innovation and quality improvement.7. Facilitate customer payment collection, keep abreast of customer information, and provide feedback to help the company manage risks.Qualifications:1. Passionate about the sales profession, proactive in work, and have a sense of urgency to achieve set goals.2. Possess acute market perception and the ability to creatively solve problems.3. Have the ability to independently develop new customers.4. Candidates with sales experience in high-end medical equipment components, wind power components, bearings, couplings, national power grids, or related customer resources are preferred.5. Hold a driver's license and be able to drive, willing to travel at any time and work overtime on weekends when necessary.6. Proficient in both English and Mandarin.岗位职责:1、根据公司要求,对所负责区域或者行业进行市场分析,或对所负责的客户做客户洞察的编制及维护;2、熟悉国际市场的基本运作和业务流程,特别是对海外客户的文化、消费习惯和消费需求有深入了解。3、维系客情关系,达成公司分配的老客户的年度管理目标;4、创建新客户的客情关系,促成新客户准入;5、运用各类销售工具和策略,包括但不限于市场调研、竞争分析、客户关系管理等,以实现销售目标。6、和公司内部其他部门协同,参与产品创新和质量改进;7、促进客户回款,及时掌握客户信息,反馈并帮助公司把握风险。任职要求:1、热爱销售事业,工作有闯劲,对实现目标任务有紧迫感;2、具有敏锐的市场感知和创造性解决问题的能力;3、具有独立开发新客户的能力;4、具有高端医疗装备的零部件、风电零部件、轴承、联轴器、国家电网等行业销售经验或相关客户资源者优先;5、有驾照会开车,能随时出差,必要时需周末加班。 6、熟练使用英语及普通话。
