岗位职责：1、熟悉多种机器人硬件平台，如 ABB、川崎工业机器人，Robotstudio、RobotMaster 机器人套件等，能进行机器人本体组装、电气连接、参数调试，解决常见硬件故障；2、掌握计算机视觉技术，进行图像预处理、特征提取、目标识别与跟踪，实现机器人视觉引导的抓取、装配等操作，通过视觉 、SLAM 等技术辅助机器人自主建图与定位优先；3、熟练掌握 C++/Python 编程语言，运用 C++ 实现机器人底层控制算法优化，提高执行效率；用 Python 快速开发数据处理、机器学习辅助脚本，完成机器人状态监测与辅助功能；4、熟练掌握机器人操作系统（ROS），熟练运用 ROS 进行机器人建模、仿真、导航、运动控制等任务开发，具备多个基于 ROS 的项目实践经验，能独立搭建 ROS 开发环境并调试复杂节点间通信问题；要求：1、本科及以上学历，自动化、电气工程、机电一体化、机械设计制造及自动化、材料成型及控制工程（焊接）或相关专业毕业；2、熟悉ABB、FANUC等品牌机器人的调试，5年以上工业机器人调试和编程经验；3、具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力，具备良好的学习钻研能力，具备较强的抗压能力；4、动手与学习能力强及有良好的抗压能力强；5、拥有工业机器人生产非标产品件的行业经验优先；6、拥有工业机器人系统集成工程师证书，机器人技术与应用工程师（CRA）优先。
