主要职责：1.负责公司产品的售后维修及维保工作, 日常的程序优化及故障处理2.参与编制设备维修,保养,巡检及预防性维护计划；3.对设备的故障原因进行分析汇总，制定改进方案并实施.4.结合当前数智化技术对设备维保提出建设性建议.5.对客户的售后服务请求做到快速响应,及时处理,提高客户满意度,保持良好的客户关系；负责客户的现场技术培训；任职要求：1.要求工作5~6年，本科及以上学历，机电一体化或者制药工程相关专业2.自动化专业者优先，有药企工程部工作经验者优先；3. 要求有较强的服务意识和一定的市场销售意识，较强的学习和问题分析总结能力；4. 要求有较强的沟通能力和方案制定能力；5. 具有一定的吃苦精神，并愿意接受短期高频次出差；6. 熟练掌握TIA Portal软件.
