Outsourced worker1.Responsible for sourcing , supplier ****uation, contract negotiation and continuous supplier development2.Execute and manage purchasing ****s according to the production and material plan & requisitions3.Measure, track and manage supplier performance in terms of cost, quality and OTD 4.Develop supply chain optimization opportunities5.Plan, conduct and follow-up with supplier, or supplier related, audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audit finding reports and driving supplier implementation of corrective and preventive ****s.6.Lead and/or participate in complaint investigations, failure analysis of returned products, and issues resulting in a stop ship/stop production document findings, provide reports and analysis and document health risk assessment7.Collaborate with DWFHQ Commodity Management to develop and monitor continuous improvement plans with suppliers.8.In collaboration with DWFHQ Quality team, improve procedures and processes to support best practice supplier quality management methods and processes.9.Compile and institute quality metrics to recommend and implement corrective ****s and appropriate follow-up, when necessaryJob Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related 2.Experience utilizing engineering drawings, CAD models for sourcing and purchasing of fabrication and machining suppliers.3.Familiarity with machining (welding/sheet metal processing/machining/mold) process4.Demonstrated understanding or aptitude to understand ISO quality management system requirements and regulatory requirements5.Demonstrated understanding of Quality and Continuous Process Improvement tools, including but not limited to Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, SPC, engineering studies, DOE, Gauge R&R, etc6.Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System tools, continuous improvement methodologies & understanding of site level products & related processes7.Demonstrated expertise to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization around concepts of production &process controls Corrective **** & improvement, complaints & risk management & product quality improvement8.6+ years of outsourcing/procurement experience9.Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, cost awareness, keen insight into market changes 10.Proficient in Office software, CET-6 or above 11.Fluent spoken English, used in European and American countries - Purchasing experience is preferred.
