Key Responsibilities:1.Accounts Receivable Management:a) Process customer invoices, credit memos, and adjustments accurately and ****ly.b) Monitor and track customer payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve payment discrepancies.c) Perform daily reconciliation of receivables and ensure alignment with general ledger entries.2.Customer Account Maintenance:a) Maintain up-to-date customer records, including payment terms, credit limits, and contact information.b) Conduct regular account reconciliations and address customer queries regarding billing or payment issues.3.Reporting & Analysis:a) Prepare weekly/monthly accounts receivable aging reports and cash collection forecasts.b) Analyze trends in payment delays and propose ****able solutions to improve collection efficiency.c) Assist in month-end closing and audit processes by providing relevant financial data.4.Compliance & Collaboration:a) Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/PRC GAAP), and tax regulations.b) Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve disputes and streamline billing processes.5.Process Improvement:a) Identify opportunities to automate or enhance accounts receivable workflows for efficiency.b) Support SAP system updates and ensure seamless integration with financial operations.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.2. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting, preferably in B2B B2C environments.3. Proficiency in SAP systems and advanced Excel skills, and familiar with RPA.4. Strong understanding of credit control principles and financial reporting standards.5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.6. Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
