Develop and Deliver Global Program Calendar, Execution Plan, and Strategy1. 制定并且产出全球项目工作年历、执行计划以及项目策略。Create and maintain a comprehensive calendar for global programs制定并维护全球项目的详细日历。Develop yearly strategic plans for the execution of these programs, ensuring alignment with WLSA's overall mission and goals.制定这些项目的年度战略计划,确保与WLSA的整体使命和目标一致。2. Implement Global Programs across Multiple Functions2. 对项目进行全生命周期落地。2.1 Program Planning and Design2.1 项目计划与设计Needs Assessment: Identify the specific needs and goals of the program to tailor activities and ****ives.需求评估: 确定项目的具体需求和目标,以定制活动和目标。Program Development: Collaborate with planning committee to design a masterplan that supports the goals of the global education program.项目开发: 与项目指导委员会合作,设计支持全球教育项目目标的整体执行方案。2.2.
