Reports to the Vice President for the Global Division.The U.S. Marketing Director is responsible for developing strategic plans for the U.S. business line and formulating plans for project promotion and branding. The role involves supervising the execution of the annual plan, conducting market research, and analyzing the development of the study abroad industry. Additionally, the Marketing Director is expected to perform market forecasts and analyses to aid company decision-making, maintain strong relationships with U.S. partners, host visiting delegations, and support the Beijing-based management team with event management.The U.S. Marketing Director is a key position within Bright Can-Achieve, and therefore this individual is expected to practice professionalism and discretion at all times in performance of their duties. Developing strategic plans and targets for departmental growth.Representing the VP and departmental interests in internal meetings and discussions.Assisting the Vice President with project ****ion and implementation in China.Formulating and implementing enrollment plans with the VP.Managing marketing department for American universities, high schools and summer programs.Providing the global team with sales support and accessible partner information.Maintaining relationships with overseas institutions and strategic partners.Developing and maintaining relationships with domestic agents and universities, and assisting in global agent development.Budgeting for marketing and travel within China.Implementing continuous improvement processes for optimal department functioning.Managing complaints and conducting crisis public relations as needed.Stimulating the sales team's passion and maximizing their potential.Qualifications1.Bachelor's degree in business or a related field MBA or MA in Business with a Marketing major preferred.2.Preference for degrees earned in the U.S. or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of study abroad experience in the U.S.3.A minimum of 8 years of work experience in the U.S. study abroad industry or related fields within hospitality/travel/tourism.4.Experience in managing at a departmental level and maintaining critical client relationships.5.Fluency in both Chinese and English, with skills in speaking and writing.6.Business development experience and presentation skills.7.The ability to learn independently.8.Budget planning and management capabilities, with an understanding of annual profits and risk control.9.Skills in sorting out and analyzing data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing strategic advice.10.Strong management and supervisory experience with the capacity to generate staffing plans.11.The ability to work independently, manage stress, and travel as needed both domestically and internationally.12.Excellent skills in coordination and communication.
