Design AI/advanced algorithm analytic applications and work out design specification. Lead develop programs with AI/advanced algorithms. 设计人工智能/高级算法分析应用，并制定设计规范，领导开发人工智能/高级算法的应用程序。(30%) 2. Ensure all AI applications requirement related key issues are identified and communicated in a structured and timely manner.确保有条理且及时地识别出所有与人工智能应用需求相关的关键问题，并进行沟通解答。(30%) 3. Work closely with Application service team to ensure AI applications design and implementation within required timeline to support business ****ives.与相关开发团队紧密合作，确保在规定时间内完成人工智能应用程序的设计与实施，以支持业务目标。(30%) 4. Act as the contact point to facilitate close and effective communication channel.成为连接各职能部门的窗口，建立有效协作的沟通渠道。(5%) 5. Perform ad-hoc responsibilities and duties as assigned by supervisor.主管交办的其他工作。(5%)Minimum Job Requirements:• University graduate and above with 5+ years data project implementation experiences in such as developing data applications with AI/ Machine Learning/ advanced algorithms. 大学本科及以上学历，拥有 5 年以上人工智能项目实施经验，例如运用人工智能/机器学习/高级算法开发人工智能应用程序。 • Familiar with the technical architecture of AI applications and experienced in developing AI Agent with RAG technology熟悉人工智能应用技术架构，有编写1年以上AI Agent经验和RAG经验 • Experience with machine learning algorithms is preferred.具备机器学习算法知识优先 • Quite solid AI/statistics/mathematics ****, logical thinking, cutting-edge algorithm study, able to apply suitable algorithm in projects and improve algorithm effectiviess.拥有扎实的人工智能/统计学/数学背景，具备逻辑思维能力，关注前沿算法研究，能够在项目中应用合适的算法并提升算法有效性 • Proficient programming skill with Python, SQL and Linux shell ****s熟练掌握 Python、SQL 编程以及 Linux shell 脚本编写 • Life insurance business knowledge is preferred 具备人寿保险业务知识者优先 • Proficient presentation and communication skill in Mandarin具备熟练的普通话演示和沟通能力 • Office software(Word, Excel, PPT etc.) is required需熟练使用办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT 等）
