Java研发工程师（商业化广告配置推荐方向）岗位职责：1. 负责公司商业化广告配置推荐系统的研发，结合数据分析优化配置智能推荐策略，提升商业化运营的配置效率。2.开发AI驱动的自动化工具，如数据自动校对、异常智能诊断等，保证系统稳定性，不断优化广告变现效率。任职要求：1. 3年以上互联网行业研发经验，1年以上广告系统开发经验2. 具备优秀的编程能力，对Java语言有深入了解，熟悉Spring生态，熟悉常规中间件如RocketMQ/Redis/MySQL的原理以及使用。3.良好的沟通协作、分析问题和解决问题的能力，良好的工作进度管理与把控能力，抗压能力强。加分项：1.理解广告算法&业务&技术架构；2.有AI编程经验、前端/全栈开发能力优先录取。
