职位描述
1.负责公司APP用户咨询,记录用户反馈内容,获取用户信息及需求,按照相应流程给予用户问题答疑,提高用户使用APP的便捷性,提升用户问题解决效率;2.受理APP用户建议和投诉,做好相关记录并归档,提炼、迭代QA文案,定期整理上报,促进公司业务及研发改进;3.客服业务数据分析,总结服务运行工作(日报,周报,月报);4.定期对有效用户进行跟踪回访,维护用户关系。任职要求:1.有互联网、工具或者应用类产品的客服工作经验者优先;2.有良好的职业心态,细致、耐心、谨慎、踏实、稳重,具有良好的服务意识;3.具有良好的思维和理解能力,应变能力较强,善于交流和沟通,富有团队精神;4.对工作认真负责,善于学习,愿意与企业共同成长;5.有一定电脑基础,熟悉简单的办公软件。
