Job Responsibilities:• Collaborate with key account sales teams to identify corporate needs for digital workforce solutions, explore potential collaboration scenarios, and provide tailored solutions leveraging Cuber AgenticX technology and products.• Develop competitive bidding strategies, prepare tender documents, and deliver compelling presentations, particularly for technical proposal sections.• Refine and document industry-specific solutions and best practices, assisting the team in building a scalable product application matrix.• Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor analysis, providing market insights to internal teams to enhance product and service competitiveness.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution fluency in English is required.• Minimum 3 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a proven ability to independently manage IT consulting projects.• Strong capability in identifying and articulating client requirements, translating them into ****able solutions.• Ability to navigate complex business environments, solve problems independently, and accurately capture client needs.• Results-driven with strong execution skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and a talent for efficiently integrating internal and external resources.• High sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and ability to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced work environment.Preferred Skills:• Experience in digital transformation, AI, or RPA-related fields is a plus.• Familiarity with enterprise-level software implementation and solution design.Join us to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge digital workforce solutions!
