工作职责1.有良好的文字功底，了解市场需求并且能够抓住热点和行业内新闻进行内容原创，提升品牌影响力和市场关注度；2.可以独立策划拍摄人物采访、活动宣传等短视频，熟练运用视频剪辑软件；3.根据学校发展战略，实施品牌规划和品牌形象的建设，含线上（官网、微信、微博、头条、抖音、APP等）平台推广、线下活动等；4. 负责监控和落实VI、宣传广告、媒体广告宣传等事项的实施； 5.市场调研、资料收集、竞争对手调研等，并能在此基础上形成报告总结；6. 拓展行业内媒体资源，维护媒体关系，并探索最有价值的合作模式，搭建并整合有效的品牌资源；7. 配合市场招生及上级领导交代的其他工作；任职资格1.良好的表达能力及沟通能力，公关能力强，热情开朗，有媒体活动资源及经验的优先； 2.有一定的组织策划能力和现场控制能力，有主动沟通和主动解决问题的意识； 3.市场营销、公关、广告、新闻等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 4.3年及以上K12教育集团或国际学校品牌工作经验，具有上海及周边知名教育集团或学校品宣工作经验优先； 5.熟悉品牌宣传工作包括平面设计、文案设计等岗位； 6.具备良好的品牌战略意识和市场敏锐度，能够及时把握市场变化及未来趋势； 7.英语可作为工作语言者&具有设计能力&一定审美者优先；
