职责描述：1. 根据教学内容、学生实际情况和学生的认识规律，精心设计教学程序；2. 耐心研究教学方法及课程内容、授课过程，根据IGCSE，Alevel教学大纲研究考试方向和考试知识点，定期举行评教；3. 根据学生不同基础、不同需求规划学习方案；4. 及时了解学生成绩及心理变化，适时调整和优化教学手段并做好课外辅导；5. 在授课期间适当组织测验活动，检验学生接受辅导的成效，并做出教学质量分析；6. 参加本学科教研交流，研究和选择先进的教学方法；7. 服从学术校长的安排，完成领导临时交办的任务。任职要求：1. 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。非英语专业，英语要求达到六级；英语专业要求达到专业八级；2. 数学、英语、经济、会计、商务相关专业的硕士研究生及以上学历；3. 具备敬业精神和职业道德操守，性格开朗，具有较强的感召力和亲和力，思路敏捷清晰，做事认真仔细；4. 乐于接受挑战，能够承受工作压力；乐观向上，心怀开阔、具有较强的团队合作意识；5. 热爱教育事业，有志成为老师者；6. 能够承担英语教授A-level相应课程者；7. 海归人士及有一线教师工作经验或持有英方A-LEVEL教师资格证书者优先；
